Our Production Machine

Production Machines That We Use

Production Machines That We Usewe have production machines that produce the best products for all customers.

This machine is used to pull double yarn into one skein of bim.

This machine is used to pull single threads to be starched first to make them stronger, then rolled into one roll of bim (sizing process).

This machine is for pulling threads that are one part into plastic cones to then enter the yarn dyeing stage.

The Dobby machine is used to weave plain towels without a pattern, stripe towels

Jacquard machines can be used to weave patterned, embossed, character towels and towels that have borders.

This machine is used in the dyeing stage of white towels that are already in the weaving stage and then want to be colored.

This machine is used in the dyeing stage of yarn which is initially white and then given a color, after which the yarn that has gone through the dyeing stage enters the weaving stage to be woven.

After going through the color dyeing process, in this machine the drying stage is carried out, adding softener and withdrawing the size of the towel according to the size that has been adjusted.

In this machine, towels that have previously gone through the stages in the Center machine are then made of the hair on the towels to become fluffier in this machine.

After going through the second Quality Control process, the towels that have not been sewn are then cut lengthwise first.

In this machine, towels with single edge edges that have previously been cut lengthwise (horizontally) are then sewn on the edges.

In this machine, towels with double sided edges that have previously been cut lengthwise (horizontally) are then sewn on the edges.

In this machine, the towels that have been sewn along the edges are then cut vertically.
